The plan also includes ancillary features which will make the site a hub for veterans activities on the Central Coast. These features are separate from the Veterans' Cemetery itself and are not part of the State Grant Program. They are located on 2 separate 1 acre parcels to be funded through foundation fundraising.

These ancillary facilites also support veterans activities and include: a veterans hall with meeting rooms, office of Veterans affairs and museum of local military history, small non-denominational chapel, 200 seat amphitheater with area behind for additional capacity.
